Okay, so lately, I’ve been asked a lot if I’m looking for co-webs for this site. I wasn’t, back then. Currently, I’m only looking for one. I’m not really having a hard time running this site, but a co-web would be the perfect help. There are a lot of requirements, so be sure that you’re fit. For a co-web, your work is updating news, uploading photos, fixing the site if there’s a problem, adding affiliates and more. I prefer a co-web who is different from my time zone, because, there will be conflicts when we’re both online and there’s new Hilary news, pictures, etc. And we’ll end up uploading and posting the same thing. And also because I’m not on the computer as much this summer.

Requirements

Must know/like Hilary Duff and you must have a good and trustable source.
- You should at least know this girl! And you have very good sources like, forums, etc.

Can be well trusted.
- Can I trust you? This is a very basic question.

Must have access to image agencies.
- This is a very important requirement. We should always have new photos. On your application, please send in a list of what you’ve got.

Can speak/type in English well.
- I just cannot accept someone who types their “Why?” as “Y?” or “You” as “U”, and people who have grammatically wrong sentences. No offense.

Has a good graphic program.
- This is very important, as well. In some cases, I will be asking you to make affiliate buttons, make a photo banner, like THIS, and etc.

Owns a site with good traffic.
- I cannot accept people who has never ran a site before, sorry. Please send a URL of your site on your application.

Has really good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Coppermine, WordPress, etc.
- You can’t be a co-web without the knowledge of coding and scripts.

Has the ability to have a good communication with me.
- Windows Live Messenger is one. But please don’t use e-mails to contact me. IM me. I’m online most of the time.

Has a good internet connection.
- I cannot accept someone who has a slow/dial-up connection. It’ll take forever to upload!

That’s not about it. I just have more in my head, but I assume you should know the rest, since you thought that you’re fir with the above requirements.

On Application

Explain to me how you’re very fit with all the requirements, one by one. Meaning, you must explain that you have that requirement, per say, requirement number 1.
